After a successful box office hit of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, it was surprisingly to know that Transformers 2 made it to be the 2nd best and biggest film at all time in the Philippines as of July 2009.

Still on the top of the list and the reigning number 1 movie is Spiderman 3 with a record breaking of P423.46 million.

Meanwhile, some of the locally produced feature films entered the Top 10 list this year. For the record, Star Cinema and VIVA Films’ You Changed My Life proved the rise of Filipino films as it enters the All-Time Top 5 of Philippine Box-Office when it overtook Spider-Man 2 this year with a P230.44 million record.
