Marian Rivera is set to fly high as she’ll be portraying the upcoming primetime fantaserye on GMA and the lates version of Mars Ravelo komiks super heroine “Darna“.

GMA’s SVP for Entertainment TV, Wilma Galvante confirmed that Marian Rivera’s upcoming show in GMA is the remake of Darna, entitled Narda, which will soon to be aired in Philippine TV this August.

Meanwhile, Marian Rivera was surprised with the announcement of GMA management as she figures out wearing the popular and official Darna costume. I think the costume will really fit with her sexy body.

The full cast of Narda will stars Marian Rivera(Narda), Iwa Moto (Valentina), Mark Anthony Fernandez (Efren), Paolo Contis (Kobra), Angel Aquino (Original Darna), Alfred Vargas (Tristan), Celia Rodriguez (Perfecta), Nadine Samonte (Babaeng Impakta), Roxanne Barcelo (Narda’s Bestfriend), Ehra Madrigal (Babaeng Linta), Isabel Oli (Babaeng Tuod), Margaret Wilson (Babaeng Lawin), Robert Villar (Ding), Jestoni Alarcon (Father of Narda), Rita Avila (Mother of Narda), Janice De Belen (Mother of Valentina)

Narda is directed by Dominic Zapata and Don Michael Perez. Watch out for it only on GMA.
